For the CHSR corridor, Transportation Economics & Management Systems, Inc. (TEMS) has completed a Tier 1 Environmental Impact Statement (EIS), which will serve as a "Service NEPA" or environmental scan document for supporting the Federal Railroad Administration's funding application process. The CHSR Study Team held a webinar on September 30, 2021, to engage with local leaders, businesses, stakeholder agencies, organizations, and the public to further explain the Tier 1 EIS study report.
